Margaret Watkinson is an early childhood development specialist in Beacon, NY. Margaret works with parents and families in all aspects of finding child-centered solutions to almost any problem. Margaret knows that developing your parenting style grounded in what your child needs now will lay the foundation for ease of parenting that will last a lifetime. Children develop on a continuum, and so does your parenting style.
By providing what a child needs, understanding the “why” behind what babies, toddlers and young children do has informed Margaret’s work with each unique child. Respecting each child as an individual- typically developing or with developmental delays, feisty, gifted, slow to warm up, those that crave routine as well as those who go with any flow- Margaret works with parents to meet their child where they are while also inspiring them to engage with their “world”, increase natural language and communication development to enhance the path on becoming a fluent reader, active learner, and problem solver.

With Margaret’s partnership, you will identify and incorporate your goals with your child’s innate success and confidence while also laying the foundation for their lifelong thirst for learning.
